Espen Ommedal Bio

Espen Ommedal is a partner in Thommessen and works in the tax and transaction department. He has many years of experience as consulting within Norwegian and international tax law, corporate law and general business law towards major national and international companies as well as its owners. Espen further has a strong industry specialisation towards traditional and offshore shipping, as well as oil service. He has been involved in a number of transactions, including major global relocations, restructuring, generational shifts, major mergers/acquisitions, both nationally and internationally. Furthermore, Espen assists a number of international PE houses. Espen has litigate profiled cases at all levels of the national judicial system, as well as the EFTA court.
