Christian has long experience within mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions, and acts for numerous Norwegian and international private equity houses and other financial sponsors, venture capital firms, family offices, founders, investment banks, stock exchange listed companies and private companies. He has vast experience in advising different types of clients across a number of business sectors. Christian regularly advises on deals that have an international or cross-border dimension. Christian is a part of the executive management group of Thommessen, and heads the firms Transaction Department (comprising M&A and Capital Markets, Banking/Finance and Tax teams). He also heads the firm's Private Equity group. He is top rated in inter alia the Norwegian Financial Daily overview of "up & coming" M&A-lawyers in Norway in 2019.
