Camilla has extensive experience advising on Norwegian and international tax, corporate law and general commercial law. She has assisted on numerous transactions, restructurings and structural matters within aquaculture, fisheries, shipping, oil service and related industries. She also has as in depth knowledge of the Norwegian tonnage tax regime. In addition Camilla has extensive experience with assisting clients with successions in family-owned businesses.
