Anders Arnkværn Bio

Anders joined the firm in 2000, has been a transaction partner since 2002 and was the chairman of Thommessen from 2010 to 2014. His practice includes a wide range of M&A and equity capital markets work as well as financial restructuring, acting for corporate clients, PE firms and leading investment banks. Anders is consistently ranked in tier 1 in Norway within both Corporate/Capital Markets and M&A. He was ranked as the best M&A lawyer in Norway by Best Lawyers both in 2012 and 2014, the best Capital Markets lawyer in 2016 and the best Corporate law lawyer in 2018.
