Robin Kienitz Bio

Robin Kienitz studied at the University of Tübingen, where he was an associate at the civil law chair of Prof. Dr Reichold. He has been a lawyer at Thümmel Schütze since 2022. Robin Kienitz advises on corporate and commercial law issues with international aspects. He also has experience in the field of litigation, in particular in banking disputes as well as in the context of complex mass proceedings. Robin Kienitz's clients include companies that he advises on their international activities abroad with a focus on Asia, in particular India. This includes the establishment of subsidiaries, the structuring and negotiation of joint venture agreements as well as annex agreements such as licensing and distribution agreements.
