Ralf Fuhrmann Bio

Ralf Fuhrmann studied at the Universities of Bochum, Lausanne and Tübingen. He acted as a research assistant at the University of Tübingen for the labour and social law institute. Ralf Fuhrmann is co-founder of the Friedrichshafen Labour Law Days. Since 1993, he has been working as a lawyer for Thümmel Schütze. Ralf Fuhrmann is specialised on labour and employment law. He supports restructurings resulting in staff reductions, negotiations on reconciliations of interests and social plans, arbitration committee proceedings and prior due diligence processes. Ralf Fuhrmann also holds expertise on the foundation and termination of employment relationships of directors and managers, as well as on managing complex disputes.
