Jens Haubold Bio

Jens Haubold studied at the Universities of Konstanz, Geneva and Heidelberg. He acted as a research assistant for the institute of foreign and international civil and commercial law at the University of Heidelberg for Prof. Dr Herbert Kronke. Jens Haubold regularly holds lectures and teaching activities at the Academy of European Law (ERA). He has been practising law with Thümmel Schütze since 2004. His areas of expertise lie in corporate and commercial law with international relations. He supports the purchase of enterprises and other transactions as well as complex corporate disputes, such as shareholder claims and D&O liability claims. He also acts as a party representative and an arbitrator in national and international arbitration procedures. Jens Haubold’s clients include large and mid-sized enterprises.
