Dr. Dirk Plagemann Bio

Dirk Plagemann studied at the Universities of Bonn and Freiburg im Breisgau. In addition to earning his doctor’s degree, he worked as a lecturer at the Freiburger Max-Planck Institute. He has been practising law with Thümmel Schütze since 1983. Dirk Plagemann specialises in corporate law, including the foundation, succession and restructuring of corporations. Further focus points lie in commercial and property law as well as succession law. Dirk Plagemann advises domestic enterprises on entering the foreign market and foreign enterprises with domestic interests. His clients include mid-sized limited liability companies, stock companies, and commercial partnerships.
