Dr. Andreas Chmel Bio

Andreas Chmel studied at the Universities of Tübingen and Catania and received his doctor’s degree in Berlin. He holds lectures on a regular basis, including at the University of Tübingen. He has been working with Thümmel Schütze as an attorney since 2001. Andreas Chmel specialises in labour and employment law. He advises on the arrangement and terms and conditions of labour and service contracts of employers, executive directors and managers, on restructuring measures, and on works constitutional matters. Andreas Chmel’s clients include nationally and internationally active employers as well as institutions and managers, whom he advises and represents in all matters concerning individual and collective employment law.
