John Nossiff has practiced corporate and securities law for 25 years, including 18 years at large international law firms. Before establishing The Nossiff Law Firm LLP, Mr. Nossiff practiced for 14 years in the Boston office of Brown Rudnick, where he was an Equity Partner concentrating in corporate and securities law, corporate finance, SEC compliance and reporting, public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions (including reverse acquisitions), dispute resolution, venture capital, and commercial contracts. Prior to entering law practice, Mr. Nossiff worked as a financial accountant at Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young). Mr. Nossiff graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University School of Law, where he earned the highest academic honors awarded by the School of Law: Tauro Distinguished Scholar, Hennessey Distinguished Scholar, and Liacos Distinguished Scholar. He was recognized for academic excellence in Federal Income Taxation. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire, Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Economics, with concentrations in government, accounting and finance. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
