Odd Gleditsch dy Bio

Odd Gleditsch d.y. has close to 40 years of experience as an advisor to Norwegian and international clients, including in commercial negotiations. He mainly advises clients on business and commercial law, as well as shipping. He also works with inheritance, succession and administering estates. He is frequently used as a lecturer on succession of ownership in family owned businesses. Gleditsch has extensive experience as a member of company boards. He holds a number of board positions, including as the Chairman of the Board of Jotun A/S, as well as being board member of Hesnes Holding AS, Anders Jahres Humanitære Stiftelse and several other non-commercial trusts. He is also the secretary of the Shipowners' Association in Vestfold and Telemark.
