Kenneth Foyn Markeng mainly works with construction and dispute resolution. He has litigated a number of final settlements disputes and participated in several large arbitration cases. In addition, he has extensive experience as advisor to builders and construction clients, both in connection with entering into the contract and during all phases of the building project. In addition to construction and dispute resolution, Markeng works with negotiations and contract issues within a broad spectrum of commercial agreements, including agreements on purchase, lease and development of real estate. Markeng has background from the law firm Wikborg Rein & Co in Oslo.
