Heidi Aas Larsen works extensively with corporate transactions, including acquisitions, sales and mergers. She also assists businesses in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, and in disputes relating to company and contract law issues. With her extensive employment law experience, she is often used as an advisor and negotiator in hiring processes, employment related disputes and restructuring and downsizing processes. Aas Larsen has extensive experience in litigation and is an authorized legal mediator. Aas Larsen holds several board positions, including as board member of Sparebank 1 Næringskreditt AS.
