Heidi Aas Larsen works extensively with corporate transactions, including acquisitions, sales and mergers. She also assists businesses in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, and in disputes relating to company and contract law issues. With her extensive employment law experience, she is often used as an advisor and negotiator in hiring processes, employment related disputes and restructuring and downsizing processes.
