Bio

Erik Bruusgaard has long-standing experience as lawyer and advisor to businesses, private clients, municipalities and inter-municipal companies. He works extensively with real estate, construction and public procurement cases, including planning and implementing development projects. He is an experienced litigator, and regularly litigates on behalf of private and public sector clients. He is also one out of six lawyers used by the Vestfold and Agder Appeal Courts as a legal mediator. Bruusgaard is an experienced board member, and holds several board positions, including as chairman of the board in companies with active owners.
