Eivin Johnsrud Bio

Eivin Johnsrud mainly works with M&A and transactions, shareholder matters, and general corporate law, as well as complex commercial contracts. He has extensive experience in all aspects of company transactions, such as negotiating agreements in connection with the sale and purchase of companies and company acquisitions. Johnsrud assists both domestic and international investors and industrial parties within a broad range of sectors, as well as start-ups, and assists with day-to day advice on company law and contractual issues, transaction advice, financing and capital changes, restructuring, as well as shareholder conflicts and commercial dispute resolution. He also has experience in stock-exchange and securities law, including listings, private investments and regulatory issues. Before joining Tenden, Johnsrud worked in the law firm CLP in Oslo.
