Kate Faust is an accomplished corporate attorney with experience representing clients across a broad range of industries in a variety of transactions, including M&A, commercial real estate, international business, and debt and equity financings. Prior to re-joining TCF, Kate served as the general counsel of Bottomline Technologies (Nasdaq), a financial technology company in the area of payments automation. Kate has previously served as a partner with our firm, as in-house counsel with Wheelabrator Technologies, and as a corporate and transactional attorney at Preti Flaherty, a law firm based in Portland, Maine. Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine, Kate is a graduate of Dartmouth College (B.A. 2000), Harvard University (Ed.M 2001), and the University of Maine School of Law (J.D. 2005). Prior to entering private practice, Kate served as law clerk to Chief Justice Leigh Saufley of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. Kate is a partner at TCF Law Group, PLLC
