David Werbel Bio

David Werbel has practiced Corporate, M&A, International Transactions, Compliance and Securities law for over 20 years and has experience in over 50 jurisdictions globally. Most recently he served in senior roles at leading public and private companies, including as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel (International Game Technology PLC – NYSE) and General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer (Forensic Risk Alliance, Inc.). Prior to his in-house experience, David was a M&A, Corporate and Securities attorney at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and Schulte Roth & Zabel in NYC and Adler Pollock and Sheehan in RI where he worked on M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions.
