Bio

Suzy Davis is a partner in the Private Equity group. She advises private equity funds, companies and management teams on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. Suzy also has experience acting on general M&A transactions for private companies and venture capital investments, particularly in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Suzy has regularly worked on deals that have required her to manage, organise and co-ordinate multiple jurisdictions and which have required the implementation of complicated transaction structures.
