Rob is a partner within our Corporate and M&A practice group. With over 30 years of experience, Rob brings a rare combination of deep sector knowledge and deal-making expertise. His practice spans corporate M&A, private equity, real estate and energy and infrastructure M&A, with a strong focus on complex, cross-border investments. Rob advises funds and asset managers on structured transactions and development projects across Europe, particularly in the real estate, renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
