Jan Riebeling is a chamber qualified expert lawyer for commercial and corporate law (Fachanwalt für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht) and a specialist in the areas of M&A and private equity. He advises strategic and financial investors as well as family-managed companies from Germany and abroad on corporate transactions, reorganisation measures and corporate structuring.
