Edward Waldron advises clients on a broad range of domestic and crossborder M&A and private equity work. He mostly acts for sponsors, management teams and portfolio companies. Edward advises on transactions in a number of sectors, but has a strong focus on investments into tech companies. He advises on joint ventures and limited liability partnerships, and general corporate matters. Edward also has extensive experience of restructuring transactions including advising banks on debt-for-equity reoganisations.
