Avis Lau is a Partner at Taylor Wessing, Hong Kong. As a founding member, she focuses on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and secondary offerings in Hong Kong, as well as post-IPO compliance, public and private M&A and private equity matters. Prior to joining the firm, Avis was an associate at a leading Hong Kong law firm.
