A corporate partner with extensive international experience, Andrew Mclean clients bring him in to advise on their most complex deals, where negotiating experience and an ability to keep focussed on the points that really matter to his clients are paramount. M&A, joint ventures and corporate transactions form the core of Andrew's work. He has also handled restructuring transactions (including sales from administration) and for many years he acted for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. Andrew has advised across a number of sectors, including real estate investment, healthcare, consumer, renewable energy and financial services. Andrew’s clients and transactions frequently have an international dimension. He has advised on deals in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America.
