North American companies value Alexander Roth business expertise in the technology sector. He is Co-Head of Taylor Wessing’s business office in San Francisco, and coordinates our offering for North American clients supporting their corporate investments and international expansion plans in Europe and Asia. Alex is a German qualified attorney and specialist in German law for commercial and corporate law, registered with the Hamburg bar in Germany. In the US he is responsible for ensuring the members of our international teams work together to meet your needs on complex cross border private M&A, joint venture, private equity and venture capital arrangements, in particular in the technology sector, as well as on establishing a presence for your company abroad and how to structure the growth of your business internationally, across Europe the Middle East and Asia. Alex will draw on his experience as a German lawyer and will coordinate with our specialists in all other national jurisdictions.
