Christina Moore serves as co-chair of the Real Estate Department at Taylor English. She has experience in representation and transactions involving real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including transactions involving apartment complexes, raw land for development, franchises, real estate and related asset secured loans and other complex financing transactions. Ms. Moore represents owner, developers, franchisees, property management companies, borrowers and lenders in the acquisition, development, management, financing and leasing of multifamily, restaurant, daycare/school, office, retail and ground up real estate developments. She performs general corporate formation work, drafting of license agreements, review and drafting of master service agreements, title review, survey review and site plan review, drafting of governing documents, real estate closings and loan refinances/modifications and closings. She also advises clients in land development considerations including drafting of governing documents for residential, commercial, and mixed-use community associations and negotiation and resolving of complex covenant and easement issues in developments. Additionally, Ms. Moore assists clients in state and federal regulatory compliance with marketing and telemarketing laws, including sweepstakes; prize and gift promotions; do-not-call and various other Federal Communications Commission and Federal Trade Commission; state statutes and regulations. Ms. Moore worked extensively with the Paycheck Protection Program to handle client needs with securing and justification of Paycheck Protection Loans with the Small Business Administration. Ms. Moore handles appeals with the Office of Hearing and Appeals and works with clients to ensure proper documentation is in place to defend PPP loans while the audit period remains outstanding.
