Jeffrey N. Levy is a partner in the Litigation Department of Tashlik Goldwyn Crandell Levy LLP, specializing in commercial litigation and arbitration and advising corporations and individual clients on business and legal issues. Jeff has been lead counsel on a variety of complex commercial litigations. These include contract disputes, shareholder litigation, real estate and commercial lease litigation and injunctive relief for clients in various industries, including pharmaceutical, internet and media. These matters involved Fortune 500 companies, public and private companies and individuals. Jeff also has significant experience in trust and estate litigation. Jeff is also a partner in the Real Estate Department where he handles purchases, sales, leases, and 1031 exchanges. Whether the matter is straightforward or very complex, Jeff’s goal is to find effective strategies in a cost efficient manner in accordance with the client’s needs. Jeff also serves as a fiduciary for various clients and others. Jeff received his B.A. from Hobart College and his J.D. from New York Law School and is admitted to the Courts in the State of New York, the United States District Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Circuit Court, Second Circuit.
