Tyler Dowdall is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate, Securities, and M&A and Litigation Practices. He focuses on corporate transactional work, business-related litigation, and commercial real estate. Tyler serves as general counsel to clients, advising them on their day-to-day operations, as well as their long-term business goals. As an experienced litigator, Tyler analyzes and manages risk on behalf of his clients. Representing clients in both state and federal courts, Tyler advises on contract and business tort disputes ranging from breach of warranty and breach of fiduciary duty, contractual and prospective business relationship interferences to negligence, fraud, conspiracy, and shareholders’ rights matters. He counsels on a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate compliance, corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity financing, joint ventures, limited liability companies, and partnerships. On behalf of his real estate clients, Tyler handles real estate acquisitions, sales, and financing, raising capital, back-end leasing, and commercial lease disputes. Tyler advocates for companies in and out of court, representing multi-industrial companies including start-ups, technology firms, cannabis and hemp distributors, real estate firms, professional services firms, and entrepreneurs.
