Leveraging his CPA background, Mauro has robust knowledge on growth and financial strategies for businesses that allow him to provide clients with sophisticated guidance on their M&A and corporate matters. Mauro represents entrepreneurs, venture capital firms, hedge funds, private equity firms, family offices, investors, and other financial services professionals on all types of corporate deals and matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business formations, corporate governance, investments, commercial transactions, and corporate finance transactions. Mauro has handled transactions in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, software, e-commerce, hospitality, and media/entertainment. Additionally, Mauro has close ties with the Croatian start-up business community, allowing him to counsel individuals and businesses on establishing or expanding their ventures in the U.S., negotiating with prospective investors, and leveraging opportunities to scale their businesses.
