Marco Giovine is a partner in the Firm’s International, Italy, and Corporate, Securities, and M&A Practices and is based in the Los Angeles office. Marco is a corporate transactional attorney with a deep understanding of U.S. laws and regulations. He focuses on a vast array of matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, joint ventures, contracts, and corporate governance. He advises American, European, Italian, and Latin American clients across a range of industries on areas such as entity formation, dissolution, reorganization, relocation of business, and annual filings. A native Italian speaker fluent in both English and Spanish, Marco has a great understanding of cross-border issues and is well-equipped to guide international entities who are conducting business in the United States. With broad experience and knowledge handling cross-border matters addressing the complexities that commonly arise, Marco is uniquely positioned to navigate the critical issues that non-U.S. entities face when conducting business in the United States. He often serves as outside general counsel for his international clients and works tirelessly to create strategies that achieve their business goals.
