Tim Sayer Bio

Tim has a focus on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market transactions and public company advisory work. He has acted for a number of leading private equity firms on large management buy-outs and expansion capital deals as well as advising founders and corporates on sell-side transactions. Tim also provides advice on directors’ duties and other governance issues confronting boards of public and private companies. Tim is a skilled negotiator who is passionate about finding solutions to transactional hurdles and complex problems in order to achieve his clients’ desired commercial outcomes.
