Louisa advises on a range of corporate law matters and has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, including private equity and venture capital investment transactions. Louisa’s expertise also includes public equity capital market fundraising leading a number of initial public offering transactions and secondary capital raising transactions. In addition, Louisa also regularly advises clients on various ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance and governance matters, including continuous disclosure obligations, shareholder meetings, directors’ duties and general corporate governance. Louisa’s clients include start-up and early stage growth companies, family businesses and founders, SMEs and ASX-listed corporations, as well as investment funds and companies with capital needs in the venture capital and private equity investment market.
