Alisha Kennedy is a leader of the firm’s dispute resolution practice and has broad experience in litigation with a particular focus in corporate disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, debt and asset recovery and contractual disputes. Alisha has acted for a range of clients, such as the big four banks, large companies, shareholders, directors and insolvency practitioners, working closely with them in all aspects of the commercial dispute resolution and insolvency processes. Alisha prides herself on her client relationships and finding commercially focused solutions to her clients’ disputes. Prior to joining Talbot Sayer, Alisha was a Senior Associate at the world’s largest international law firm.
