Kira Crowley Bio

Kira Crowley is a partner in the firm’s Business Group and focuses her practice primarily in the Commercial Transactions practice area. She advises clients on commercial agreements and transactions in various industries. Specifically, she assists public and private companies with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of commercial agreements, including manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, services agreements, sales agreements, and software agreements. Kira also assists clients with their outside general counsel needs, including structuring commercial arrangements and providing general business advisory services. Kira has experience representing private companies and private equity sponsors in a variety of M&A and commercial lending transactions. Kira received her J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2015.
