Jennifer Horn counsels private companies on a wide range of matters, including equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and organization. With experience representing start-ups, emerging growth stage companies and mature businesses, Jen also provides strategic business planning and general corporate counseling on day-to-day legal matters, such as reviewing, drafting, and negotiating all types of commercial agreements, corporate governance, equity incentive plans, operating agreements, employment and consulting agreements. Jen’s objective is to provide practical, results-focused guidance to help clients achieve both short-term and long-term goals. Prior to joining Taft, Jen was a corporate and business law attorney at a regional law firm. She received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from American University in Washington, D.C., and earned her J.D., cum laude, from Cleveland State University College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Jen worked as a local newspaper reporter.
