Bio

Blake Johnson focuses his practice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and emerging companies. Blake received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he served as a staff editor and member of the editorial board of the Duke Law Journal, and his B.S. in Sport Management, magna cum laude, from Xavier University. Before joining Taft, Blake served as an adjunct professor at Xavier, teaching Legal and Ethical Issues in Sports. In the community, Blake serves as board secretary for Working in Neighborhoods and is an Overseer for Redwood.
