Alexander Salinas focuses his practice on business litigation and has extensive experience representing a broad spectrum of clients, including multinational corporations, foreign state-owned enterprises, real estate developers, commercial landlords, e-commerce startups, and banking institutions. Mr. Salinas has appeared before state and federal courts throughout the country, at both the trial and appellate level, and has experience in alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediation. Prior to joining TA PLLC, Mr. Salinas worked as a commercial litigator at the Miami office of an Am Law 100 global law firm, and before that, at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Miami. Mr. Salinas graduated summa cum laude and in the top 1% of his class at the University of Miami School of Law, where he was also inducted into the Order of Coif. During law school he clerked at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida and interned at the legal department of a large, international spirits company. He also graduated with a degree in Finance and International Business at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
