Maria Christina Ortua-Ang is with the firm’s Special Projects, Taxation and Banking, Finance & Securities practice groups. Chris has advised international and domestic corporations on tax and other legal aspects of corporate acquisitions and divestments, and other commercial transactions. She has acted for both sellers and buyers, in asset sale transactions and share sale transactions, undertaking a broad range of services including due diligence, investment structuring, financing, drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, and post-closing advice.
