Grant Cohen is a partner at the Firm. His practice focuses on corporate and finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and emerging company representation, and joint ventures. Mr. Cohen has advised clients across industries including technology, media and entertainment, videogames, consumer products, real estate, mortgage, and healthcare. Mr. Cohen regularly represents venture capital firms, private equity firms and strategic acquirers in connection with their investments and buy-side M&A transactions. He also has extensive experience representing startups and entrepreneurs, advising companies throughout their life-cycles, from formation to fund-raising, ongoing corporate governance, compliance, commercial activities, acquisitions, joint ventures and through exit planning and sell-side M&A.
