Carolyn Loffredo is a partner of the Firm. She has developed a broad practice, including the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, joint ventures, secured transactions, corporate governance, and media and entertainment. In the area of securities and corporate finance, Carolyn has represented issuers, investment banks, institutional investors, borrowers, and lenders in a wide variety of public and private debt and equity offerings, including common and preferred equity, high-yield debt, public debt, convertible debt, venture capital, and secured lending transactions. In the area of mergers and acquisitions, she has represented public and private companies on both buy-side and sell-side transactions across a wide range of industries. Carolyn has developed long-term relationships with all of her clients which span a wide range of sectors, including commercial real estate, technology, healthcare, restaurant, media and entertainment, and financial services.
