Shemer focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, hi-tech and mergers and acquisitions for corporations, investment funds and high-net-worth individuals. He has substantial experience, both in Israel and in the United States, in representing corporations from the early stage of formation, through fundraising, commercialization, corporate reorganization, sale and purchase of entities and LLC Agreements. Shemer's clients include fintech, life sciences, e-commerce, food, technology, medical device, robotics and renewable energy companies.
