Michael Dedonato Bio

Michael’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, particularly on securities regulation, public and private debt and equity transactions (including IPOs and follow-on public offerings), compliance, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. He advises a diverse set of clients at various stages of the business cycle, including with formation and financings, initial and subsequent public offerings and adherence to federal, state and stock exchange requirements. In addition to advising issuers, Michael regularly advises underwriters, placement agents and other broker-dealers in connection with public and private offerings, including with respect to compliance with Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) obligations.
