Reut Alfiah serves as Co-Managing Partner of Sullivan's Tel Aviv office. Reut specializes in advising public companies listed for trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with respect to corporate law and securities law, with particular expertise in the high-tech, life sciences and medical cannabis arena. She also advises Israeli companies dually listed in Israel and abroad, in addition to foreign companies, on issues pertaining to corporate law, corporate governance and securities law. Reut’s practice also focuses on public and private debt and equity financing, commercial transactions and agreements, mergers and acquisitions, issues of compliance and corporate governance, as well as regular commercial and legal advice. As the head of the firm’s medical cannabis group, Reut demonstrates deep experience in the medical cannabis area and its regulatory requirements in Israel, Europe, Canada and United States.
