Eliav Azulay-Oz practice focuses on the high-tech sector. He represents corporate and individual investors and entrepreneurs throughout the lifecycle of start-up companies, across verticals with a special focus on, and unique experience in, the life science industry. Eliav regularly represents venture capital funds, family offices and angel investors in connection with venture financings, secondary stock sales, M&A and other corporate transactions. He also represents larger enterprise clients with general corporate and commercial work. Prior to joining Sullivan, Eliav co-founded and served as the Managing Partner and General Counsel of a venture capital fund focusing on the digital health, healthcare IT and medical device sectors. He also serves as a director on the board of directors of several start-ups in these sectors and regularly assists them with their growth. ​Previously, Eliav served as the General Counsel and Business Development Executive of a number of private and publicly traded companies in the services, defense and technology sectors. He has also practiced law for years in the United States and in Israel at leading law firms both as an associate and as a partner and specialized in complex international transactions, financial markets, web-based services, venture capital investments and general commercial matters. He has successfully led and closed multi-million dollar transactions for domestic and international clients.
