Mario Schollmeyer is a partner in the Firm’s Capital Markets Group. He advises U.S. and non-U.S. clients across a broad range of industries on a variety of public and private capital markets transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, regulatory capital, debt and liability management transactions, as well as capital markets aspects of complex domestic and cross-border M&A. He also regularly advises clients on ongoing public company matters, including disclosure and corporate governance matters, as well as SEC regulatory matters.
