Gauthier Blanluet joined Sullivan & Cromwell as a partner in 2003. Recognized as one of the leading French tax and M&A lawyers, he regularly advises French and European industrial groups and international financial institutions on the legal and tax aspects of their M&A, real estate, restructuring and capital markets transactions. In addition to providing transactional tax and corporate advice, Mr. Blanluet also has a significant tax litigation practice. He often represents major corporations, financial institutions and administrative bodies on their most sensitive matters involving tax disputes and critical settlements with national tax authorities.
