Silvia d’Amario is a partner of Pavesio e Associati since 1 February 2007 and prior to this she was Senior Associate at Allen & Overy until 2004 and later became a partner of Bin Avvocati Associati. She has specialized and gained significant experience in all aspects of employment law and labour relations both in litigation and non-litigation matters. She advises and assists Italian and foreign clients in employment law matters related to the organisation of their Italian personnel, in drafting individual employment contracts (employment and self-employment agreements, non-competition agreements, secondment agreements) and agreements at company’s level (collective bargaining agreements, company’s policies including codes of conduct, disciplinary codes). She also regularly provides advice on restructuring and downsizing processes (collective dismissals and salary integrations and in drafting and negotiating of agreements), individual dismissals and mutual termination agreements, outsourcing and transfers of undertaking and on health and safety employment related matters. She also advises on all aspects of compliance with data protection laws (GDPR and applicable legislation). Silvia d’Amario gained her J.D. degree in 1992 from the University of Turin. She completed her pre-admission trainee period at Brosio, Casati e Associati in Turin. She is a member of A.G.I. (Italian Labour Lawyers Association) and of EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association). In June 2012 she was admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione (the Italian Supreme Court). She is a member of the Turin Bar.
