Patrizia Serasso is a partner of Pavesio e Associati since 2017 and prior to this she was an “associato in partecipazione” (“salary partner”) since 2015. Before joining Pavesio e Associati, Patrizia was a partner of R&P Legal from 2002 to 2011 and later a partner of VTCS from 2012 to 2014. Her experience is focused both on contentious and non-contentious matters in civil law in the areas of corporate, commercial, procurement and property rights. She has acquired significant experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and she has also developed specific expertise especially with regards to the legal issues concerning the cableways industry. Patrizia advises and assists Italian and foreign clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings including before the Italian Supreme Court. She obtained her J.D. degree from the University of Turin in 1994 and gained her diploma in Comparative Law at the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé in Strasbourg. She is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court. She is a member of the Turin Bar.
