Paolo Miserere is a co-founder and partner of Pavesio e Associati and prior to this he was a senior associate at Allen & Overy. Until 1999 he was a senior associate at Ughi e Nunziante in Milan. His practice focuses primarily on litigation and arbitration, representing clients in Italian and foreign disputes.He has gained extensive experience in civil, commercial and bankruptcy disputes. Moreover, he has gained significant experience in disputes arising from contracts for public works, representing owners and contractors mainly in arbitration proceedings. He has also acted as an arbitrator in international proceedings concerning commercial disputes. In addition, Paolo Miserere advises on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. Paolo Miserere graduated with a J.D. degree from the University of Turin in 1991 specialising in corporate law. He went on to complete his pre-admission trainee period in Turin in 1992-1993. He was a Visiting Foreign Lawyer at Maurice Putsman & Co. Solicitors in the UK. In December 2010 he was admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione (the Italian Supreme Court). He is a member of the Turin Bar.
