Gabriele Fagnano is a co-founder and partner of Pavesio e Associati. Gabriele Fagnano advises some of the major national and multinational groups located in the North-West region of Italy on general corporate and commercial law and on mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity transactions. He has gained specific experience in real estate law, assisting clients in cutting edge private transactions at local and national levels. He has also gained considerable experience in competition law. Gabriele Fagnano regularly advises primary banks and bank foundations based in the Piedmont region. He has advised major financial institutions and groups of companies operating in energy, automotive and electronics fields on corporate restructuring and divestitures. Gabriele Fagnano has been a contract professor at the Politecnico of Turin where he lectures within the Level II Master course on project planning and construction of tall buildings and is responsible for the module which covers the technical and administrative procedures necessary for complex construction projects. He provides assistance in the preparation of the Organizational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, taking care in particular of the corporate aspects and is a member of the supervisory body of some leading multinational companies with significant operating offices in Piedmont. He has authored a number of articles and lectured at various conferences on corporate, competition and real estate law. He is a member of supervisory committee of several multinational companies with operating headquarters in the Piedmont region. Gabriele Fagnano gained his J.D. degree from the Catholic University of Milan in 1995. After graduating he was awarded, with distinction, a Diplôme d’études complémentaires in EU Law from the University of Brussels and a LL.M. in European Business Law from the Pallas Consortium, University of Nijmegen. He completed his pre-admission trainee period at Chiomenti in Brussels and at De Berti, Jacchia, Franchini & Forlani in Milan. Prior to co-founding Pavesio e Associati he was a Senior Associate at Allen & Overy where he worked for eight years. He is a member of the Turin Bar.
