Bio

Carlo Peyron is a co-founder and partner of Pavesio e Associati and before that, he was an Associate at Allen & Overy. He advises domestic and international clients on general commercial and corporate law and on extraordinary transactions such as share purchase and business transfers, restructuring and joint ventures. Carlo has advised and assisted major financial institutions and investment banks in private equity transactions and in the setting up and management of mutual investment funds. Carlo has over the years developed a specific expertise in the field of sports law and provides advice to professional athletes on sponsor agreements and sports law. Carlo Peyron completed his J.D. degree from the University of Turin in 1998. In 2000-2001 he was seconded to the corporate department of Allen & Overy London. In September 2015 he was admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione (the Italian Supreme Court). He is a member of the Turin Bar.
